London is home now
I've moved to London. From September my diary here runs all year round, and the touring I still do to Manchester, Harrogate and Edinburgh now sets off from this city.
That is a real change and it is worth spelling out. Touring squeezes a whole city into three days or a fortnight, so the diary fills with whatever fits the window and nothing can be built on. Living somewhere removes that pressure completely.
